oat flour

plant based milk (oat or almond)

liquid coconut oil or olive oil

maple syrup

egg

vanilla extract

baking powder

blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Instructions
In a medium sized bowl, whisk together egg, milk, oil, vanilla and maple syrup
Fold in oat flour, baking powder, and blueberries
Mix well
Heat your waffle maker and pour approx. 1/2 cup of the batter into waffle maker and close it
Cook for approx. 3-4 minutes until brown on both sides
Serve with fresh berries, bananas and/or maple syrup
