Nut-Free Granola Bars

Make a great snack when on the go!
- 2 cups oats
- 1 mashed ripe banana
- 4 medjool dates chopped
- 1/2 cup raw shelled hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp ground flax
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Preheat oven to 350 F
Mash the banana with a fork, and combine with all other ingredients in a bowl
Press into a square baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 min
Cook and cut into bars
