Nut-Free Granola Bars

Make a great snack when on the go!
Course Breakfast, Snack

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 mashed ripe banana
  • 4 medjool dates chopped
  • 1/2 cup raw shelled hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Mash the banana with a fork, and combine with all other ingredients in a bowl
  • Press into a square baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 min
  • Cook and cut into bars
