My mission is to help individuals of all stages of life find their inner strength and move freely without pain or dysfunction. I provide trauma-informed, body-positive physical therapy in the Twin Cities area and specialize in pelvic floor rehabilitation.
My own struggles with pelvic floor dysfunction and chronic health conditions shaped me to be the advocate I am today for equitable and accessible healthcare. Arlo Physical Therapy & Wellness was founded with the hope to remove barriers caused by third-party insurance companies and allow me to treat people the way the way they deserve to be treated.
