Traditional Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups rolled oats (large flakes or small)
  • 3/4 cup milk/dairy free milk of your choice (oat or almond)
  • 1/2 cup nut or seed butter
  • sea salt optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients in the order listed to a mason jar, shake and soak overnight

Lasts 5 days refrigerated
