Salmon Poke Bowl

Salmon poke bowls are delicious and an easy way to make a complicated looking dish.
Prep Time 10 minutes
Course Main Course

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs salmon
  • 1/2 bag edamame frozen
  • 1 cup grated carrot
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1 cup rice/quinoa

Furikake Seasoning

  • 2 toasted nori sheets
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp coconut sugar
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • Distribute rice or quinoa into bowls
  • Top with the vegetables, followed by the salmon and furikake seasoning
  • For the furikake seasoning, crumble the nori into small pieces into a bowl, then add the remaining ingredients
