Best Ever Chicken Breast

This recipe will not disappoint. Seasoned with fresh herbs and delicious every time.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 6 oz chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh chopped parsley for garnish or dried

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400° and line a baking tray with parchment paper
  • Combine the paprika, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper, and olive oil in a large bowl. Place the chicken in the bowl and toss to combine so the chicken is evenly coated with the seasoning
  • Bake chicken in oven for approx. 18 minutes
  • Broil on high heat for 3 minutes. Watch carefully to prevent chicken from burning
  • Garnish chicken with fresh or dried parsley. Optional add-on: toasted pine nuts
  • Enjoy!
