
The Greenia Colada

Course Breakfast, Snack, Drinks
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 1 cup spinach or kale
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tbsp coconut manna, or fresh coconut meat
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup water or ice cubes if you like your smoothies really cold
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
Instructions
- Blend!
